as i sit here writing, i gaze outside my living room window and see a flurry of snow flakes in the air. It's that time of year once again where there's much ado. It seems that everyone is rushing here and there. There are more cars on the streets, more people in the malls and restaurants.
There are those who don't have anyone, or who do, but are left alone without visits, or telephone calls.
There are those who have lost loved ones and will only mourn at this time of year.
There are those who are less fortunate and may do without at this time year.
There are those who will re-unite with loved ones.
There are those who will celebrate new births.
There are those will will celebrate with family or with friends.
But, it's at this time of year, that we need to reflect and remember what this time of year is all about. It's about the very first Christmas gift, the greatest gift of all. That's the reason for celebration.
Merry Christmas everyone, may you keep forever the Christ in Christmas. Wishing you joy and peace throughout the year.
